How to get Peristeen® Plus Transanal Irrigation System

Peristeen Plus Transanal Irrigation System was built on the legacy of Peristeen, clinically equivalent with the same efficacy and safety profile as Peristeen. Peristeen Plus is usually prescribed as a second-line treatment when more conservative methods have failed.5 If you are considering Peristeen Plus, you must be evaluated by your healthcare provider. Once prescribed, talk to your healthcare provider about enrolling in the Coloplast Care patient support program. Our team of dedicated bowel Coloplast Care Advisors can work with you and your healthcare provider to help identify a supplier that work with your health insurance plan. Your supplier will work directly with your clinician on any necessary documentation required by your healthcare plan. When you are approved for Peristeen Plus, remember to work with your healthcare provider on scheduling time for your first product training. Your first irrigation must be supervised by a qualified healthcare provider.
