The Peristeen Plus Letter of Recommendation can be completed by your healthcare provider, and provides your insurance or provincial program with a clinical rationale as to why you need to use Peristeen Plus to manage your bowels.
A Coloplast Care Advisor can also connect you with a retailer to purchase Peristeen Plus. If your insurance does not cover Peristeen Plus, there are out of pocket options available.
